This week we start a new session of the Master Key Experience (MKE). This is my third year in the Experience. My first two years have been an incredible journey into my thoughts and how my thoughts – and yours too, make up everything that we are – good, great and not so much. The first year I was interested in what it was about as I saw a big change – improvement – in someone close to me. They just seemed happier and their business was growing with what seemed like an ease that I have never felt when growing personally or in business. This year I am continuing the session as a certified guide after a summer of the best training I have ever experienced.

Our thoughts bring us to everything  in our lives – good, great and not so good. Our thoughts lead to habits and when we perform the habits over and over again they tend to take over our thoughts and we find ourselves in somewhat of a pattern that we seem to stick to because it becomes comfortable. The #1 thing most people in their adult lives want is to be comfortable even if that isn’t what is the best for us in the long run. I don’t mean in a comfortable chair or have a comfortable income but with everything. We even take ownership of things that cause us pain and grief to make them sound more common and therefore I think more acceptable. Have you ever heard of someone who owns their diabetes or other avoidable disease? They say things like “You know I have to take 4 pills a day for My Diabetes” or I have to stay in an air conditioned room because of “My COPD.” For most people their eating and other habits lead them into their preventable health issues using the same logic. Have you ever heard someone say “I gotta have my “Mountain Dew” or other sugary soft drink or I gotta have my “Chocolate Caramel Truffle Cappuccino Avalanche Blast Midnight Mocha Cooler Frappe with non fat milk” or any other sugar laden coffe drink? What were they thinking? They weren’t thinking about disease but the sure weren’t thinking about good health either.

What’s my point? First off I am as guilty as anyone for the want to be comfortable but I have learned through the exercises and skills in the Master Key Experience how to improve my thoughts and get even more satisfaction and comfort in my life than that from any anti-freeze looking sludge in a can or and multi flavored cup of disease stimulating coffee.

How? I changed my thoughts and those changes lead to better habits. I now think of a healthy body, healthy mind and never think of any deficit in either. One of my favorite study materials is a book by Og Mandino whose book of self development have sold over 5- million copies in over 24 languages around the world. My favorite quote from his book “The Greatest Salesman in the World” is below.

So why the Jaguar picture to lead off my post? Two reasons. First that beautiful car and all its unique styling, speed, power, chrome and sexiness all started with one thing. Thought. The designer(s) had a concept (thought) of something in their minds and did not let it go until they produced one of the most recognizable and iconic cars ever made. On its release in March 1961[6] Enzo Ferrari called it “the most beautiful car ever made.” Not everyone knows exactly what kind of car that is but most will agree it is a thing of enduring style and beauty first and an awesome car second. The thought of that great car drove the habits to complete the car and made it everything it became to be. Second reason is to pay attention to the lasting lessons from the dawn of man and enlightened thinking. The XKE demonstrates everlasting beauty and the lessons in the Master Key Experience show us how to use the everlasting truths of life to build the life of our heart and soul’s desire.

The secret to the Master Key Experience is learning how to improve your thoughts as you want them to be improved and creating and reinforcing the habits to build your our own incredible life on your terms. In essence design you own Jaguar XKE type life assembling the thoughts and habits and never settling for anything less than 100% of what you want in your life and 0% of the things that don’t belong in your life.

  1. I agree Michael this is my fifth year and each year I uncover another amazing quality in myself and my ability to share the MKE course.

  2. I had a neighbor in the 70’s that had the 2+2 version of the Jag XKE, while not as beautiful as the coupe, I got rides in it and started to dream that one day….Thanks for bringing back the memories Mike, and reigniting the desire to have a car that makes others quite envious.

  3. Great post Mr Puffa! The master key experience has done you well! You are a wonderful example and guide for others!

  4. Thank you for the comment Jay. My brother had a scale model of a red XKE many years ago so it too has a memory in my heart.

  5. Amazing insights, Michael. And I believe powerful thinking about growth and abundance also brings great people, like you, into our lives. You are a true inspiration!

    1. Thank you Richard! I will be involved with the Master Keys for the rest of my life. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself and also the people close to me.
